Sell with Icons

One piece or an entire production.

We handle pickup, cataloguing, photography, storage, sale and fulfilment. You decide what goes and what stays.

Where do you fit?

Two ways to sell through us

Collectors, estates & consignors

Consignment

You own something worth selling — a single hero piece, a collection built over decades, or an estate that needs handling with care. We catalogue it, photograph it, place it in the right sale, and pay you after it sells.

  • Free valuation before you commit
  • A private preview link to review your lots, track them live and see your settlement
  • Settlement after the sale closes and clears
Studios & production companies

Icons Studio Partner

A dedicated programme for productions clearing wardrobe and props at wrap. We take custody of the assets and run the whole process — storage, logistics, asset sales and brand protection.

  • Florida facility, nationwide pickup
  • Controlled release rather than uncontrolled dumping
  • Restrictions honoured and evidenced
How consignment works

What happens after you get in touch

01

You tell us what you have

Photographs and a rough description are plenty to start. You do not need to know what anything is worth, or even exactly what it is.

02

We give you an honest read

What is worth selling, what is not, and roughly what the market has paid for comparable pieces. If something is better kept than sold, we will say so.

03

Terms in writing

Commission, timing, reserves and anything you want held back — agreed before a single piece moves.

04

Collection and cataloguing

We collect, catalogue, photograph and store. Every piece is barcoded and tracked from the moment it leaves you.

05

Your private preview

Before a sale opens you get a private link showing your lots exactly as buyers will see them, with estimates. You can ask for changes.

06

Sale and settlement

We market and run the sale, collect payment, pack and ship. You get an itemised statement of what sold and for how much.

The commercial bit

How you get paid

Commission on the hammer

Agreed in writing before anything moves, and it varies with the value and volume of what you are consigning. Ask.

Buyers pay the premium

The 28% buyer's premium is added to the buyer's invoice, not taken out of your side of the sale.

Reserves where they make sense

For higher-value pieces we can set a floor below which the lot will not sell. We will advise where a reserve helps and where it deters bidding.

No obligation

Tell us what you have.

A few photographs and a sentence is enough. We answer every inquiry personally.

We treat what you tell us as confidential from first contact, before any agreement exists. If you would rather talk than type, say so and leave a number.
