Photograph every piece as it is packed. Lay it out, shoot it, then box it. Those photographs are the evidence if a buyer ever disputes condition on arrival, and all sales are final — so they are the only defence we have.

No prices appear on this document. A packing slip travels in the box and can be read by anyone who handles it — a courier, a doorman, whoever signs for it. What was paid is on the invoice, which goes to the buyer alone.
Keep your certificates with the pieces. Each item in this box has its own serial-numbered certificate, enclosed loose. If you ever sell the piece on, the certificate travels with it — a buyer can ask us to verify the serial at any time.

Tick each serial only once the hologram is on the certificate. A serial written into the register without its hologram is the one gap somebody could exploit — and we answer verification requests against this register for as long as the company exists.
Stripe generates a PDF invoice for every invoice it sends, hosts it, and links it in the buyer's email. Nothing to build and nothing to store.
It carries your logo, address and terms once configured, and the buyer can re-download it years later without asking you.
This page. A print stylesheet strips the navigation and the buttons, the document becomes the page, and your browser's print dialogue offers Save as PDF as a destination.
Costs nothing, needs no server, and works the same on every machine in the building. Best for pick lists, packing slips and anything somebody is going to write on.
A function that renders the same HTML to a PDF file without a person clicking anything — needed when a document has to be attached to an automatic email or filed somewhere.
Worth adding for consignor settlement statements and end-of-sale reports. Not worth it for anything a person is already standing in front of.
